01 — Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is E7 Visual Studio SRL, a marketing agency based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 829-927-1515 or by email at hola@e7visualstudio.com.

We process personal data in accordance with Dominican Republic Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data.

02 — What data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, company, industry and your message.
• Digital diagnostic: your answers about your business situation and, only if you choose to leave them, your contact details.
• Client portal: if you are an E7 client: contact details, your project documents and contracts, support requests, and the information and files you upload in your website discovery form.
• Technical data: IP address (used solely for security and anti-abuse limits) and the cookies described below.

We do not collect sensitive data or request financial information through the website.

03 — How we use it

• To answer your inquiries and deliver your diagnostic assessment.
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire.
• To manage your project in the client portal (schedule, deliverables, contracts, support).
• To notify our team internally when you send a request, so we reply fast.
• To protect the platform against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Ever.

04 — Consent

By submitting any form on this site you accept this processing. Leaving your contact details in the diagnostic is always optional; if you don’t, your answers are used only to show you your results.

05 — Where it’s stored and who it’s shared with

Your data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers (Hostinger), with encrypted connections (HTTPS), role-based access controls and protection against unauthorized access attempts.

We only share data with: (a) providers strictly necessary to operate (hosting and email); (b) WhatsApp/Meta only when you choose to message us there; and (c) authorities, when legally required.

06 — Cookies

• e7lang — remembers your language (Spanish/English) for 180 days.
• Session cookie — required for form and portal security; deleted when you close your browser.

We currently use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics tools, we will update this policy before enabling them.

07 — How long we keep it

We keep your data while there is an active relationship with you or while needed for the purposes described, and contracts for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

08 — Your rights

Under Law 172-13 you may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection: know what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a specific use.

09 — Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10 — Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. Significant changes will be highlighted visibly.
